AIC Recommendations:

  1. Always request full per diem for ST assignments (ST means than 6 months). Too many companies are making a gross margin on per diem when they should only do it on fees. Negotiations on fees means nothing if per diem are not first known. Click here for EU Official Level of Per Diem;
  2. Never accept in any contract your payment by the company to be depending on the Fund Provider paying the company. Gross margin taken by companies are supposed to cover this fund provider payment delay risk. Always add a clear sentence saying that you will be paid at the end of each working month and within a delay of, let us say, maximum 10 calendar days;
  3. Inform AIC about problems encountered with any company.
